2010 has been a sleeve fashion year. Sleeves are the focal point of dresses. In the beginning of the year, we have seen how creatively sleeves had evolved from the over-the-hand-sleeve to three quarter lengths. Middle this year, fashion trends continues to go crazy on sleeves as trend became cropped to elbow length, ruffled and wrinkled. This sleeve madness was predicted to continue until late this year and Victorian cut sleeves would then be in demand.
